In the course of our business, Pagle Health Solutions is entrusted with information about each customer. This information allows us to provide you with quality products and service to assist you in your business. Your personal information may be used in order to provide you with the services you require, administer and manage those services, inform you of the services available and maintain and develop our business systems and infrastructure.

We have long recognized and fully accepted our responsibility to safeguard the accuracy, privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information entrusted to us. All customers information is strictly confidential and is therefore held within the secure systems of 
Pagle Health Solutions. Obviously if you choose not to supply any personal information requested by Pagle Health Solutions it may limit our ability to provide any or some of the services available to our customers.

This statement sets out the privacy policy of Pagle Health Solutions in respect to personal information which may be provide to Pagle Health Solutions.

Introduction

Pagle Health Solutions values the relationship it has with clients and as such has an obligation to protect client’s privacy and to comply with the National Privacy Principles Privacy Act. This includes the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 that came into effect on 21 December 2001, requiring Pagle Health Solutions to handle a client’s details responsibly. This responsibility regulates the accurate and appropriate collection, holding, use, alteration, disclosure and transfer of personal information by organizations in the private sector. Pagle Health Solutions has always used due diligence and care when handling such information and will continue to do so. Pagle Health Solutions receives and stores transaction information, information you have provided to us in mailing list, email list, applications, registration or administration processes. Wherever it is lawful and practicable, Pagle Health Solutions may provide the option of not identifying yourself or not providing personal information. The primary purpose in collecting information from you is to enable Pagle Health Solutions to fulfill our service commitments to you in providing educational courses, products and to improve these services and product to fulfill the needs of clients. For the purposes of the Privacy Act, this information stored on the Pagle Health Solutions data base and files will only be collected with consent or as authorized by the National Privacy Principles.

Disclosure & Access of Personal Information

Pagle Health Solutions will not disclose personal information to a third party unless it is:

• To meet the disclosed purpose for which it was intended
• To the extent necessary to carry out the improvement of services provided

Pagle Health Solutions will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure in accordance with the requirements of our privacy policy and the National Privacy Principles. Sensitive written information is never disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. An individual has a right to access and, if necessary, to correct the personal information provided and held by Pagle Health Solutions. For security reasons, a written request for access may be required. In order to deliver services Pagle Health Solutions may disclose your personal information to persons or organizations outside Pagle Health Solutions.

Where for the purposes of fulfilling our commitments to you, we disclose personal information to persons involved in administering the services, our related entities or business partners, and such permitted persons are in a foreign country,
Pagle Health Solutions will not, without your consent, transfer personal information to such persons unless:

• The transfer is necessary for the performance of services requested by you or for the purpose of fulfilling our business commitments to you; or
• The transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest, between
Pagle Health Solutions and a third party; or
• All of the following apply: the transfer is for your benefit and it is impracticable to obtain your consent to the transfer and if it were practicable you would be likely to consent to the transfer.

Complaints Resolution

Pagle Health Solutions is committed to providing a fair and responsive system for handling and resolving complaints. If at any time you wish to lodge a complaint in respect of the use, handling or disclosure of your personal information by Pagle Health Solutions you may notify us by post to the Privacy Officer, Pagle Health Solutions, Unit 5 / 30 Waratah St, Ermington. NSW. 2115. Australia. We will endeavour to investigate and advise you of the outcome within 21 days of receipt of such complaint.
