Opening an Account
with Pagle Health Solutions
It's easy to open an
account with Pagle Health Solutions.
Either complete an
online account application form by clicking the link
above or if you wish to download a printable copy
click here! Once you
have downloaded and printed out your
application form, simply complete the required details
as requested and fax or post
it us.
A Special Note for Practitioners
Many of the products
sold through Pagle Health Solutions are not
subject to advertising restrictions and therefore no
special qualifications are required in regards to
receiving advertising as set out by the TGA (see below).
Though many of our
products do fall under the terms & conditions as set out
by the TGA that limit the dissemination of information
in the form of advertising about that product. Pagle
Health Solutions does supply "Practitioner Only"
recommended products to the Natural Healthcare Industry
and therefore require Practitioners of the Natural
Healthcare Industry to provide a copy of their Advertising
Exception Certificate as set out below when making an
account application.
Students of Natural
Therapies are required to provide evidence of their
current enrolment which should be attached to to
application form at the time of processing.
TGA Act in Brief
The Therapeutic Goods Act (TGA)
of Australia demands we can only
provide information to practitioners who are exempted in
Regulation 4 of the TGA regulations. Regulation 6 of the
TGA 1989 prohibits the publication of an advertisement
that contains a prohibited representation. The
prohibited representations are listed in Part 1 of
Schedule 2 and included causes 4 & 7 of the TGA
advertising Code.
Persons listed are exempt from advertising restrictions:
Herbalist, Homeopathic practitioners, Naturopaths,
Nutritionists, Practitioners of Traditional Chinese
Medicine, Osteopaths registered under a law of a State
or Territory, Chiropractors, Medical Practitioners,
Pharmacists, Dentists, Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses,
Physiotherapists, Biomedical engineers, Medical
Scientists in accredited laboratories, Purchasing
Officers in hospitals or other health care professionals
who are engaged in the business of purchasing wholesale
therapeutic goods.

Other
Important Information
Delivery Service
Orders placed before 10 am will be
dispatched
on the same day
for delivery the following day. Please note that country
regions & remote
areas may be delayed. Orders for perishable items will not be
dispatched on Friday’s.
Customers wishing to have their parcels left at or near their
delivery address without a signature must complete an
“Authority to Leave Parcels” form.
Pagle
Health Solutions is not
responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from
goods being left at premises.
Freight
As freight charges may slightly vary from city to country
destinations further information can be obtained by
contacting us on 1800 724 537 and talking to one of our
friendly customer service officers.
Collecting Orders from our Warehouse
Orders may be faxed, emailed or phoned ahead
of pick up. For
speed and efficiency, please advise us of your desired pick up
time so the goods and invoice may be processed and be ready
for you to collect. Please allow at least 2 to 3 hours lead time from the time of
order placement. Customer pick up times are between the
hours of 9am to 5pm.
Terms
Normal terms of trade are 30 days from date of invoice
for customers who qualify for a trading account - unless
specified otherwise. For customers without 30 day
accounts payment is required at the time of order or
where a customer is collecting their order from our
warehouse payment can be made on pick up.
Method of Payment
Settlement of accounts will be accepted in the form of
cash, cheque, money order or bank transfer. Accounts may
also be
settled by credit card (MasterCard or Visa)
at the time of the order.
Overdue Accounts
Any account falling outside 60 days of normal trading
terms may be charged 2% of the outstanding balance per
month. Pagle Wholesale Distributors reserves the right to recover any
additional costs incurred in relation to collection of
any overdue debt.
New Customers
New accounts may need to pay for their orders prior to
dispatch until such time their account is put on credit
terms. After the account is put on credit terms, normal
trading terms will apply.
Casual Accounts
For casual account holders, payment for
your order must be received before it is dispatched. Casual account
customers will receive the same standards of service as all other customers.
Out of Stock
Products & Back Orders
Products out of stock is an unfortunate fact of life when dealing with
natural materials & health foods. This could be due to
ingredient source problem due seasonal influences or
quality issues associated to manufacture that need to be
addressed. Either way
Pagle Wholesale Distributors does not automatically send out
backorders. However, our efficient "Backorder System" ensures that you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to advise you
when items previously out of stock become available. ‘MNFR O/S’ on our
invoices denotes items that are unavailable from our Suppliers,
Manufacturers or Importers. Pagle cannot be held responsible for out of
stock items. Normal freight terms apply to backorders.
